This is a guide to our fees. We believe in total transparency where dental fees are concerned.
Every patient’s needs are different and your dentist will discuss all treatment options with you and produce a personalised estimate of the costs involved in any planned treatment. Due to the nature of dentistry, it may become necessary to modify your treatment plan and estimate during the course of your treatment, but we will always advise you of any changes.
Our patients understand that in order to deliver optimum dentistry, we must maintain our office on sound business principles. Therefore, we inform our patients of our financial policies at the very beginning of our relationship to avoid any misunderstandings.
It is Modern Dentistry’s policy that payment is required at the time of your appointment. If you are unable to pay at the time of your appointment, please notify our Administration team prior to your treatment so that we can discuss payment plans and financing options with you.
We accept EFTPOS, Visa and Mastercard, American Express and Cash or Cheque.
We also have HICAPS so we are able to process your health fund claim instantly, leaving you only the gap to pay.
